Johnathan Gong is the Director of Safety and Compliance at Youngs Inc. Before being named as the Director of safety and Compliance, Johnathan spent seven years in both operations and safety roles. He holds an undergraduate degree in Finance and an MBA from Chapman University. Johnathan utilizes his business background to take a dual approach to safety, both analytical and personal. Johnathan is a 4th generation family member of Youngs Inc which will turn will turn 88 years old this year. He hopes to continue on the legacy for generations to come.
