Michelle Calloway leads the strategy and growth of OnStar Business Solutions, which offers fleet customers four products — OnStar Safety Services, OnStar Vehicle Insights, API & Data Services, and Wi-Fi — to help them operate their fleet with confidence, knowing they are protected, connected, informed and in control. In her previous role, Michelle led the development and launch of OnStar Vehicle Insights, OnStar Business Solutions’ fleet management tool for small to medium-sized businesses. Prior to these roles, Michelle held numerous positions within the connected vehicle space in the OnStar organization in business planning, finance, product marketing, call center operations and program management.
Michelle began her career at GM in 1996 as an intern in system reliability and testing. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science in mechanical engineering in 1998 followed by a Master of Science in mechanical engineering from the University of Michigan in 2001 through the GM Fellowship program, where sponsored employees earn advanced degrees while maintaining employment status. She is a member of Inforum, a Michigan women’s leadership group, and part of the Inforum Executive Leadership program.
