In this seminar, attendees will understand new safety rules and pending legislation for regulated and non-regulated fleets of all vehicle classes. They’ll also get guidance on updating fleet policies to mitigate risk for fleet drivers and the organization. Safety expert panelists will discuss the evolving patchwork of state cannabis laws, abuse of prescription drugs and synthetic opioids such as fentanyl, considerations around ADA and HIPAA, new testing methods such as saliva and hair follicle sampling, and how to write policy to encompass alcohol and work-related events.
