Rates & Pass Types
Admittance Policy
To qualify for our operator rate, you must be an operator or dealer. While we invite everyone to attend Fleet Safety Conference, consultants, suppliers or manufacturers must purchase a supplier pass or exhibit space to participate. Weekly audits are conducted to ensure the appropriate rate has been selected. Registrations that do not adhere to this policy will require additional payment and will be pending until payment is received. All attendees will be required to provide a photo ID on-site for badge pick-up.
Cancellation Policy
Registration refunds are not guaranteed and are subject to show management approval. Requests must be made in writing and received by Fleet Safety Conference, c/o Bobit Business Media, 3520 Challenger Street, Torrance, CA 90503, Email: [email protected], no later than INSERT REFUND DATE. A $75 fee will be applied. Refund requests received after INSERT REFUND DATE will not qualify for a refund. No exceptions will be made.

By filling out this form you consent to Bobit Business Media's Privacy Policy and to receive offers, newsletters and other promotional communications from Bobit Business Media and its trusted partners. You can withdraw consent at any time. You also consent to Bobit Business Media sharing your contact information with the sponsor(s) of this Event so they can contact you directly concerning their product(s).
Photo & Video Release
By attending the Fleet Safety Conference, you hereby grant Bobit Business Media, its representatives, and employees the right to take photographs and multimedia of you and your property in relation to the Fleet Safety Conference. You also authorize the Fleet Safety Conference to use such images with or without your name, and for any lawful purpose, including but not limited to publicity, illustration, print advertising, and Web content.
