Admittance Policy
In order to qualify for a Fleet Full Conference you must be directly employed by the company or agency that owns and operates your fleet, a public policy-maker, or fleet industry association. Sales representatives and individuals providing support services not directly employed by the company or agency must purchase a Supplier Pass or sponsorship.
Cancellation Policy
Registration refunds are not guaranteed and are subject to conference management approval. Refund requests must be made in writing and received by Fleet Safety Conference, 3520 Challenger Street, Torrance, CA 90503, Email: [email protected], no later than September 27, 2019. A $75 processing fee will be applied. No refunds or credits will be granted, under any circumstances, after September 27, 2019.
Photo, Video and Audio Release:
By attending the Fleet Safety Conference, you hereby grant Bobit Business Media, its representatives, and employees the right to take photographs and multimedia of you and your property in relation to the Fleet Safety Conference. You also authorize the Fleet Safety Conference to use such images and recordings with or without your name, and for any lawful purpose, including but not limited to publicity, illustration, print advertising, session recording and Web content.
