New regulations and new ways to get around are keeping fleet, risk and HR managers on their toes. We all know that having a solid fleet policy is a critical component to keeping your drivers safe, but when was the last time it was updated? This session will provide a deep dive into understanding manufacturer recalls. For example:

•   What is the difference between a Field Service Action and a Recall?

•   What tools are you using today and what will you be using soon?

•    Are you monitoring recall completion? If not are you at risk?

•    How can you manage recall completion with multiple OEMs?

11:30 AM - 12:15 PM

Even though vehicles are built with more safety features than ever before, due to several causes, such as increased distractions for drivers, the number of vehicle accidents and fatalities are still high. Rather than reacting, you can be proactive and leverage Artificial Intelligence (AI) and key data to act and prevent accidents for your fleet. Hear from our experts and their insights regarding:  Successful safety programs, AI-powered coaching, and Actionable data.

Walk away with knowledge about the latest in fleet safety innovation and actionable tips that will help you manage your safety data and take action.

Presenters: Eli Rossiter, Director, Telematics and Safety Products, Donlen; Jon So, Director of Marketing, Nauto

1:45 PM - 2:30 PM

Fleets have mountains of data available to them. But Big Data has limited value if not paired with its younger and more intelligent sibling, Context. Layering real-time contextual data (weather, road conditions, etc) on top of existing trips data can totally change how fleets measure driver safety and performance.

Presenter: Rob Minton, Associate Vice President-Connected Car Business Development, Geotab

2:45 PM - 3:45 PM

Join us outside in the Pavilion Parking lot for light refreshments and live vehicle demonstrations.

4:00 PM - 5:00 PM

It’s only through giving the driver a personal relationship with the idea of a safer road that you can really change hearts and minds. He wants to share his vision, that every driver can be persuaded to take ownership of their safety record – through awareness and education. The key to getting this driver buy-in is showing the driver the right data points at the right time. And it’s not just about the tech – it’s about connecting with the driver and getting to the root of safety.

Presenters: Kris Bush, Vice President, Product Management, LeasePlan USA; Jim Petrillo, Manager Treasury Services & Fleet Management, FUJIFILM Holdings America Corp.
