If you sent in a registration form by fax, you should receive an email confirmation within two weeks to the email you provided on the form. In either case, please contact 800-576-8788 if you have any questions or concerns about your registration status.
All badges will be picked up on show site.
You must pre-register in order to take advantage of the Early Discount Rate. See the registration page for pricing. Pre-registration will also streamline your registration approval and badge pick-up on-site.
Of course! You may purchase any of the passes directly at show site. Please review all registration policies before making your travel arrangements.
Cancellations for the 2018 conference must be made in writing and must be postmarked before the early bird deadline date to qualify for a refund. NO REFUNDS will be granted after September 29 under any circumstances. Please forward your cancellation letter to the Fleet Safety Conference 3520 Challenger Street, Torrance, CA 90503. A $75.00 processing fee will be applied.
Any name changes or transferring of badges may be done upon show management's discretion and are subject to a $75 transfer fee. Please fax over any changes to (310) 533-2511.
You must provide a business card and photo identification on-site for admittance into the conference. We recommend you bring a stack of business cards and a list of your show goals.

During the conference, dress attire is business casual.
First, click here to review the sponsorship levels and forms as well as contact information for more information. The most important thing is to return a signed contract with payment. You may also review the sponsor display area floor plan. Once we receive your contract, we will contact you to discuss your table selection. Tables are assigned on a first-come first-served basis in the order contracts are received.
No. The Fleet Safety Conference features table top displays in a central hallway and no booth spaces.
All shipping will be handled by the The M Resort, Spa and Casino directly. Since display space is limited, we advise you to hand carry any items possible. Detailed shipping information including rates, material handling and outbound options will be sent in your sponsor packet.
YES - Badges will be required for all personnel to enter the conference area and must be worn at all times.
Allotment breakdown is as follows:
Platinum Sponsors: 6 passes for your representatives.
Sliver Sponsors: 4 passes for your representatives.
Bronze Sponsors: 2 passes for your representatives.
If you have used your allotment and require additional staff badges, or guest badges, you may purchase those at the current registration rate. See your sponsor kit for more information.
Online: You will receive an email from [email protected] with your username and password and a link to the sponsor registration portal. The registration link and log-in information will also be provided in your sponsor packet.

Upon acceptance of your sponsorship agreement, no refund or cancellation will be permitted.
Yes, sponsorship personnel can transfer badges, but it cannot be transferred mid-conference if the badge has already been picked up.

Yes! The display area is in the heart of the seminar area so the displays will never be “closed.”
You can order electrical and internet through PSAV. The order form will be included with your sponsor kit and available in the online sponsor service kit.
Fleet Safety attendees must be 18 or older and have a conference pass.
There is not a spouse pass available for the Fleet Safety Conference. If your spouse is interested in attending they must purchase a full conference pass.
